The Fake Beards I have trusted what I shouldn’t have trust It turned darker than it should have at last Now I see the fake beards And the ones who get robbed With a suit or high heels You can cover things up The monsters are all among us They go faster as they flying first class And they urge us to feel The hate between us What’s a game and what’s real? Who’s in favor of love? Sleepy guards failed to shout out The mean dogs are gathered In the center of town And the gear starts to aim for a halt As a horse in a gallop Who has nowhere to run I have my senses and my imagination I have a clear view on the entire station And the people start fleeing When the others don’t care They know what they’ve seen But they’ve heard it’s a sham Am I crazy and are these hallucinations?
