Thank You Lord
1) Thank You Lord
I’ve been planted by the river
I am waiting on the shore
I am growing on living water
I will walk in sin no more
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord ,
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord
Now a tree don’t loose its patience
Just like a bird wont refuse to fly
I am growing on living water
It will never run dry
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord ,
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord
Last verse but he let me ie and he let me
Last verse but he let me ie and he let me
It’s my Master who does the caring
He cuts me back where I need to grow
And He lets me do some sharing
Don’t praise the tree no, just praise the Lord
And Thank You, Lord, Oh, Thank You Lord Thank You, Lord, Thank You Lord

Winter's Gone
2 Winters Gone
Winter is gone and it looks’ like a bright Sunshiny day
It took so long I thought that winter would never go away
There’s a restaurant on Dundas seems like Time stood still
You looked so fine id be dead if good looks Could kill
She wore a simple red dress with pearls
She was out walking he dog
We were just watching people go by
My my, my, my, my my, my, my, my ,my ,my .my, my
Once again my darling were sitting at a Sidewalk café
Drinking some wine and saying things we Wanted to say
The suns going down and daylight is Slipping Away
We went inside and listened while the band Starts to play
We danced and ordered another round
My what a wonderful day
I’m glad I’m here happy I’m alive
My,my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my,
Winters gone and it look’s like a bright
Sunshiny day
It took so long I thought that winter would Never go away
There’s a restaurant on Dundas seems like Time stood still
You looked so fine id be dead if good looks Could kill
Winters gone and it look’s like a bright
sun-shiny day
Girl Of My Dreams
3 Girl of My Dreams
Girl Of my Dreams
I, I, I, I love the way you bake apple pie
And I, I, I, I love the way you move
And I love the way you missed me when I was gone
And I loved the way you kissed me when I returned
You’re the girl of my dreams
You’re the girl of my dreams
And I, I, I, love to see you smile
And My, my, my I think you have impeccable style
In this magic dance wed salsa to the stars
In this fine romance we’d tango to the moon
You’re the girl of my dreams
You’re the girl of my dreams
I, I, I, I see you almost every day
My, my, my, you still take my breath away
In a magic dance we’d salsa to the stars
In this fine romance we’d tango to the moon
You’re the girl of my dreams
You’re the girl of my dreams
City Of God
4 City of God
My adventure is blocked by some crazy old Man
It said on the ticket
That we would all meet again
You can fly on a Friday
You know there’s no blackout date
You’ve been born in her
There’s no need to wait
The city of God you know glorious things are Spoken
Healing there for hearts that been broken
A hundred stories high and a hundred miles Wide
When the space ship moves
You know it moves at the speed of light
It’s a warm summer day and the sky, the sky Is blue
you love me and I know are love is true
but there’s an ill wind blowing you know were in, in for a change
And the way things are going
you just know without knowing
There’s a spaceship called the city of God
And you know its due to arrive its
Hundred stories high and a high and a
Hundred miles wide, well baby, when this Spaceship moves
It moves at the speed of light
My adventure is blocked by some crazy old Man
It said on the ticket
That we would all meet again
You can fly on a Friday
You know there’s no blackout date
You’ve been born in her
There’s no need to wait
The city of God you know glorious things are Spoken
Healing for hearts that been broken
We’ll meet in the meadow in the morning
When were ready to fly when the spaceship Moves
You know it moves the speed light
Shine
5 Shine (Dale Ockerman and Pat Craig)
The touch from your hand
A smile from your eyes
We rest in the love
No need to disguise
Here in my arms
There’s a world all our own
Here in my arms I feel your shine
So long I have waited
For two to be one
I got so frustrated
I thought I was done
For here in my arms
There’s a world all our own
Here in my arms I feel your shine
What can I do, what can I say
Yeah, Yeah,
Nothing else matters to me today
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Guitar solo
What can I do, what can I say
Nothing else matters to me today
Na na na na I feel your shine
Na na na na I feel your shine
I’ve waited so long for two to be one
I feel your shine
I feel your shine
Everybody Knows
6 Everybody Knows (I’m crazy about you)
Like a horse called speedy
And a sky called blue
A woman named sweetie
And one and one is two
Like a dog called barker
And a river running wild
Like a winter called cold
A baby called child
Its obvious to everyone
That you don’t have a clue
Everybody knows I’m
crazy about you
Like a fire called hot
A plateau call flat
Like a flag likes to wave
A chatroom likes to chat
Like a razor called sharp
And a mouse gonna squeak
A turtle called slow
My faucets going to leak
Its obvious to everyone
But you don’t have a clue
Everybody knows that
I’m crazy about you
Like a priest called father
And a fish called swimmer
Spaghetti called pasta
And a candle growing dimmer
Like a book called reader
Like the grass grows green
Like a desert called dusty
And coffee called caffeine
It’s obvious to everyone
But you don’t have a clue
Everybody knows I’m crazy about you
Like my best friend called buddy
And sheep called lamb
And birds like to fly
Mystery meat called spam
Like the sun going to set
Like a phony called fraud
Like a house called home
Higher power called God
Its obvious to everyone
But you don’t have a clue
Everybody knows I’m crazy about you
Everybody knows, everybody knows , Everybody knows, that I’m crazy about you.
M
7 M
She had a book for the beach
She seemed so out of reach
Driving down the road in a open car
Untouchable but yearning to be touched
She always loved the sun
She never warmed up to the cold
Living a dream she had yesterday
She knew there would always be a way
She wakes up in a room where she used to find
Trappings of a love that she left behind
Knowing that love would be new
Knowing that true love would be true
Oh, ooh
She said good-bye to the stars
Where she was shining so bright
She would sing and play
Only twenty feet away
Now she stands in the center of her light
She moves along the trail
She might fall but she’ll never fall apart
Now the players are the best
They were packed out at the Rex
People were strung around the block
Now she’s so pretty and its Saturday night
Lliving in the city and the band is tight
Its something to hear its something to see
She’s playing like a bird and the birds set free

Seperation
9 Separation
Susie was flat as a pancake
Susie was as pale as a ghost
Been hit by a train
Kind of depressed
With a smile on her face
Thank you Bill for bringing a pill
To keep me awake in my loneliness
Next to no one
Feel really small
Facing the wall
Susie I need a little inspiration
I gotta try to make it through the day
I can’t stand separation
Ocean he was my friend
Someone I knew would be there
Now he’s lost in space
I shared him with you
Now I got no place
Instrumental
Susie was flat as a pancake
Susie was as pale as a ghost
Been hit by a train
Kind of depressed
With a smile on her face

In A Lot Of Ways
11 In a Lot of Ways (We’re All the Same)
We all hang on
We all let go
We all lose track
Of what we know
We all lie
And explain
Sometimes we’re shy
And sometimes we’re vain
We all end up
Where we belong
Sometimes we were right
And sometimes we were wrong
We’ve been sinners
And we’ve all been saints
Sometimes we’re happy
And sometimes we ain’t
But we all should remember
In a lot aways
We’re all the same
We all find joy
And we all find pain
We all find fault
And we all complain
We get inspired
And we follow trends
We all do wrong
And we make amends
Sometimes we’re broke
Sometimes we’re wealthy
Sometimes we’re sick
And sometimes we’re healthy
Sometimes we protest
Sometimes we’re quiet
Sometimes we pray
And sometimes we riot
But we all should remember
In a lot of ways
We are all the same
We’ve all been bold
And we’ve all been meek
We’ve held our thoughts
And sometimes we speak
We’ve all been quick
We’ve all been slow
Sometimes we stay
And sometimes we say no
We all deserve credit
And we all deserve blame
And we all deserve
15 minutes of fame
We all get up
We’ve all been down
Sometimes we are lost
And sometimes we are found
But we all should remember
In a lot of ways
We are all the same
We all ran free
And we’ve been confined
We’ve been ahead
And we’ve been left behind
We’ve all been used
We’ve all been betrayed
We all fell short
But we’ve all made the grade
And we all should remember
In a lot of ways
We are all the same
In a lot of ways
We are all the same
We all ran free
And we’ve been confined
We’ve been ahead
And we’ve been left behind
We’ve all been used
We’ve all been betrayed
We all fell short
But we’ve all made the grade
And we all should remember
In a lot of ways
We are all the same
