Keep Moving

‏   I know I have to remember ‏So that I can forget ‏I was not in the cotton fields ‏But I can see the pain ‏I was always White skin color ‏But sometimes I feel like I’m Black ‏Walking through pages of history ‏Find a land and keep moving   ‏grew up with music inside me ‏saved my soul all the way ‏Voices of fear and freedom ‏Fighting for good every day ‏To believe in something better ‏Than bitterness and despair ‏Take a deep breath ‏Nothing else
