Her major breakthrough came with the single "Meusharim" (Happy) in collaboration with Far Tassi, which became a massive hit. ## Biography Tal Ben Nun was born on May 30, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, to artist Mirit Ben Nun. At age four, she moved with her family to Israel and grew up in Kibbutz Beit Hananiah. In high school, she studied at the co-educational school "Hof HaKarmel" in Magen Michael and served in the Israel Defense Forces as a driver. As a young woman, she wrote and recorded songs as a hobby. The stage name "Talisman" is derived from the English word Talisman (amulet), which blends with her first name Tal.
