# Gil Bar Hadas Gil Bar Hadas is an Israeli musician, singer-songwriter, composer, and music arranger. He is active in the pop-rock genre and specializes in guitar and piano performance. Bar Hadas is a baritone vocalist and is known for his original musical work. ## Biography Gil Bar Hadas was born on September 2, 1990, in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. During high school, he studied at Municipal High School A in the theater track. During his military service, he served as a guitarist and vocalist in the IDF Nahal ensemble, and subsequently as a music arranger for military bands. Bar Hadas completed a bachelor's degree in music from the Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem. ## Career Bar Hadas began performing at age 17 in clubs such as Barbie, The Ear Bar, and Tamuna. In 2018, his debut album "Gil Bar Hadas" was released, produced by Tomer Yeshaiah. Bar Hadas wrote and composed all the album's songs except "If You Give Me My Share"—a song by Leah Goldberg performed by Roni Bar Hadas with music by Gil. The album's songs were broadcast on radio stations including Galatz, 88FM, and Echo 99FM. The music video for the song "What Did You Think," directed by Nimrod Keren and featuring Mai Rof, Tal Shada, and Gil Bar Hadas himself, accumulated over 200,000 views on YouTube. In 2018, he collaborated with singer Rotem Gerad, who wrote the song "It's Not Working Out" for him.
