# דפנה דקל דפנה דקל היא זמרת, מלחינה, שחקנית ומנחת טלוויזיה ישראלית. היא ידועה בעיקר בייצוג ישראל באירוויזיון 1992 עם השיר "זה רק ספורט" ובהנחיית תחרות אירוויזיון בישראל. דקל התפרסמה גם ככוכבת ילדים בסדרת "דפנה ודודידו" בערוץ הופ!. ## ביוגרפיה דפנה דקל נולדה ב-7 במאי 1966 באשדוד, כבת בכורה לאביבה (מזכירה) ויוסף (קצין משטרה). לה שני אחים קטנים, ביניהם אלרן דקל שהוא זמר וסולן בלהקת "פאנקנשטיין". בצעירותה שרה ורקדה בלהקת הנוער העירונית "פשוש" בהדרכתו של אבי חן. את שירותה הצבאי ביצעה בלהקת הנח"ל, שם שימשה גם כמפקדת הלהקה. ## קריירה ### שנות ה-80 לאחר שחרורה מהצבא בשנת 1987, שיחקה ושרה במחזמר She is best known for representing Israel at Eurovision 1992 with the song "It's Just a Sport" and for hosting Eurovision competitions in Israel. Dekel also gained fame as a children's star in the series "Daphna and Dodido" on the Hop! channel. ## Biography Daphna Dekel was born on May 7, 1966, in Ashdod, as the firstborn daughter of Aviva (a secretary) and Yosef (a police officer).
