Dadon won the ACUM Award in the "Discovery of the Year" category and the Best Actor in a Musical award. ## Biography Amir Dadon was born on November 16, 1975, in Beersheba. Following his parents' divorce, he moved to live with his mother in Eilat. In his childhood, he began playing guitar and piano, and as part of his youth, he joined several local youth bands in Eilat. In 1994, he was drafted into the IDF and served as a fighter in the Givati Brigade. After his military service, he moved to Tel Aviv, where he worked in various temporary jobs as a bartender, pizza delivery person, and guitar teacher. Additionally, he worked as a counselor at a boarding school for at-risk youth, work that he considered particularly meaningful. ## Career Between 1992 and 1994, Dadon began his musical journey as a member of the band 059 from Eilat. In 1998, he was a member of the band "Holy Cow," which released an album titled "Two Good." From the album, the songs "Moment" and "Sun" were successful, with Dadon serving as the soloist on "Moment" and participating in the composition and songwriting. In 2008, he performed the song "Remnants of Life" on the album "Within the Walls of My Home" by "Idan Raichel's Project," which achieved great success. That same year, he also recorded a cover version of the song "Standing on a Cliff" by the band Hi-Five, which served as the opening song of the telenovela "Exposed."
